My little girls is finally growing up. She is no longer the tiny bundle of joy that came back from the hospital. She is turning five this year and is maturing into a nice young lady. And with that maturing process, she will need some new furnishings. Everytime I apply my makeup, she has shown quite a bit of interest. So I am thinking of getting her a princess vanity table and chair set for her room. This way she can play make belief that she is older and ready to do the makeup thing herself. She has a very vivid imagination. I can see her spending hours on end playing in her bedroom and playing with her make believe friends with the new vanity table.

Another piece of kids furniture I am thinking about is time to read rocker. She is a wonderful reader. Part of it is because my husband and I begin reading to her even when she was in the womb. We had a device where we can strap it to my stomach and with a microphone, we were talking to her. Anyway, she begin reading when she was about 3. Now she is able to read some very advanced books. Her favorite reading spot is in her bedroom. So I think a dedicated reading chair and area would benefit her greatly.

The last piece of kids furniture I need to get her is a princess jewelry cabinet. Even since she was a little girl she enjoyed playing with my jewelry sets. Once in awhile, I would get her some play jewelry. They are now scattered all over the house. A nice place for her to store it in her bedroom would be great.
